Hi! I'm Natalia Linchenko!
When people ask where I'm from, I like to tell them "I-15" (I've spent a lot of time in Utah, Idaho and Nevada 🤪), but I'm happy to be settled in Utah now! One thing I like about myself is that no matter what it is -- whether a ski hill, a new language, a rock climbing project, or real estate transaction -- I love a good challenge.

I've been working in the real estate industry coming up on three years. I started my journey as an investor when I bought my first rental property. Putting my money to work for me has given back so much that I'm now working toward purchasing "door number 4" (in investor lingo). My lifestyle is so much better thanks to real estate and I want yours to be too!!

Everywhen Homes was created from my belief that it is always (everywhen) a good time to be thinking about real estate. You're not too young, too late or finanacially unable to start the ball rolling in one way or another. Talking to those who have found greater financial freedom through real estate is a great first step.

Community Involvement
I believe it's truly important for realtors and investors to keep a pulse on their current market. In addition to staying on top of changing trends, these organizations have helped me network, grow my vendor lists, and dig deeper in education and creativity, enabling me to better serve my clients and community.
Additionally, I LOVE to get involved by simply experiencing all Utah has to offer (a lot!): parks, restaurants, concerts, canyons, you name it! Utah is extraordinary!
